                End User acknowledges acquisition of the Product from the Software Provider subject to the following terms and conditions:

        1.    WEB SITE LIMITED LICENSE. As a user of this Web Site you are granted a nonexclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Web Site and Content in accordance with the Terms of Use. Provider may terminate this license if the User is in violation of any of the terms in this agreement.
2.      LIMITATIONS OF USE. The Content on the Web Site is for personal or commercial use only. You may not recompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Web Site or the Content. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage or users. 3.      BILLING AND PAYMENT. Unless other payment terms are agreed to by E-FOUR TECHNOLOGIES, all charges for the licenses purchased by the User will be immediately charged to the credit card authorized by User. Once a member has accessed the site using their login credentials (ID and password), R.E.I.P.subscription fees become non-refundable. All charges are exclusive of local sales, use, personal property and similar taxes, which will be paid by User. User is responsible for canceling User's R.E.I.P. account. Non-use of the R.E.I.P. account does not constitute an implied cancellation of R.E.I.P.. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
4.   MODIFICATIONS. Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear on this Web Site and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Continued use of the Web Site after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
5.  UNAUTHORIZED USE.  User's personnel shall access the "Web Site" using a user name and password selected by User. User is responsible and will be billed for all use of R.E.I.P. services made by user names assigned to User. If User learns or suspects that unauthorized use of User's account is taking place, User shall notify R.E.I.P. Support Department immediately and, in such event, R.E.I.P. will replace User's password as soon as reasonably possible.
6.  OWNERSHIP. User acknowledges that it obtains only license rights under this Agreement and acquires no ownership rights, title or interest, including without limitation, copyrights to the "Web Site", and its contents.  User does retain ownership of data that has been entered using their login credentials.
7.  DISCLAIMER. THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. PROVIDER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
